DOES MY SESSION INCLUDES PRINTS OR ADDITIONAL IMAGES?
Non of my sessions included any prints, unless described on the package.

When will we get our PROOF photos?
You will receive a proof gallery link the following Monday after your session to select your favorites.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR FINAL GALLERY?
Turnaround is between 7-10 business days (not including weekends) after you select your favorites. Sometimes sooner, depending on how busy my week would be. Expect 2-3 additional business days during holidays

DO YOU HAVE ANY SOCIAL MEDIA OR ILNESS POLICY?
👉 SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY: all our sessions will be published on our pages for marketing purposes, unless the person / model requests not to do so before each session. Videos & Images will be posted as well.
😷ILNESS POLICY: if any of the attendants are feeling sick or are showing any signs of fever or flu like symptoms, please confirm with me to reschedule your session. I receive Newborn babies almost every day, I’m trying to keep the Environment as clean as I can for all of my clients.
****DEPOSIT/RETAINER fee is non-refundable, you may use the funds to reschedule but can not be refunded at any time.
ONLY both parents or any other adult, no visitors allowed at my Sugar Land studio 77478 to protect all the little babies from any Diseases. If you would like a family session, they can wait outside my studio at the waiting area while I complete the baby’s session.
🧼🧴All props will be properly sanitized prior arrival, you’re more than welcome to use your own Lysol spray prior setting up.
🦠All family members near me or the baby must wear a mask 😷 at all times.
🥰 We are fully vaccinated
😷🧴🧼We wear a mask at all time, wash hands & apply hand sanitizer several times during the session as well.
👞🚫plan to remove your shoes at your arrival. These will stay outside my studio.
DO YOU TAKE PHOTOS AT SPECIAL EVENTS?
Yes, I do!
$450 for 2 hour of service minimum
$150 per 30 min any additional.
You will get 30 edited standard images per hour (contrast, saturation and lighting) in an online gallery & print release.
$25 per photoshopped image.

Inspired Photography & D’signs has the FULL rights of the images.
Models will receive a print Release form only for the complimentary watermarked images mentioned above. (Upon request)
If you would like to purchase
additional or un-watermarked images, they must notify me at the time of signing the agreement. Each image will have a discounted fee of $25 each. (This is optional)
Inspired Photography & D’signs does not provide any Raw unedited images.
MODELS or Families should agree on any videos or live taking thorough the session for marketing and instructional purposes.
These galleries will be posted on my Social Media open to the public with a time frame and requirements to participate.
MATERNITY model should be ready for the session with proper makeup, hair, manicure & pedicure. It doesn’t have to be fancy! Just photo-Ready. Some professional nude posing exposing the belly but protecting the privacy may be implemented for an artistic style.
HOLIDAYS- model should wear appropriate outfits suggested by the photographer.
NEWBORNS Not all the model call sessions will be full sessions (like the rest of my clients) Not all posing will be shoot. Most of the time depending on the flow, it’ll be not longer than 1-2 hrs if the baby cooperates. If the baby does not goes with the flow, the session might be a little longer to accomplish the purpose of the session.

* I certify that I have read the above studio policies. I acknowledge that I am entering at my own will and take full responsibility for myself and all attending guests (only model and parents no additional people). I wish to move forward with my appointment and are aware of the risks involved surrounding Covid-19. I waive my rights to seek damages, compensations and or any involvement on Inspired Photography & D’signs. Failure to Perform. If the Photographer is unable to perform this agreement due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, act of God or causes beyond the control of the Photographer.
